What to Expect (Fall)

We welcome you as a new account, and we are excited to serve you. Our goal with this document is to give you a basic overview of what to expect as we begin our school picture program year.

WHAT TO EXPECT- BEFORE PICTURE DAY–STUDENT AND STAFF DATA NEEDS

District office will supply us with student data.

I will request staff data from the school. They will most likely need to be photographed for yearbook or records as well.
This information will be used to create barcoded stickers for use on picture day. We will also have all this information in our laptops for ease of process on picture day. Without this information, picture day cannot happen.
We will send you an email requesting the data, and thank you in advance for the timely attention to the data request.

PICTURE DAY SCHEDULING

     Scheduling may vary from school to school and should be discussed with your representative prior to picture day, but the basic sketch of picture day starts with our arrival. We will arrive about 90 minutes prior to our first scheduled class. It actually takes about this much time to unload, find our location, set up, and test everything etc.
If we are photographing teachers early that day, please coordinate this with your representative ahead of time so that at least one camera will be ready at your designated
time. We want to be ready for your staff. 
For fall picture have your teachers line the students up in alphabetical order with envelope in hand. When the teacher arrives, a volunteer or a photographer will give them sticker sheet to the teacher and ask them to put the stickers on the children's shoulders. Teachers can split the children between the cameras for a quicker move through picture day. Our goal is to capture a beautiful picture of your students and staff quickly and courteously.

Staff and volunteers will receive a complimentary package.
